Drop-off & pickup
Book in advance
Reserve your dates at least 72 hours ahead. Holiday periods fill quickly — book 2–3 weeks out.
Bring health records
A current vet certificate (within 12 months) is required for all boarders. First-time guests need a brief intake form.
Drop-off hours
Drop-off: Tuesday–Saturday, 9 AM–12 PM. Pickup: Tuesday–Saturday, 1 PM–5 PM. No Sunday drop-offs or pickups.
Bring their favorites
You're welcome to bring your bird's own food, a familiar toy, or a perch from home. Familiar items reduce stress.
